Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Order Changes or Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee adjustments.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may have limited options and longer delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages
